We rear our own South Devonshire breed of cow. They have been brought up in the best possible way in an entirely stress free environment, and we can thus guarantee full traceability.
Having been hung for at least two weeks, our beef is simply mouth-wateringly full of flavour.
We welcome queries and orders for special requirements.
Some cuts will be cut to order and so may take a few days. You will be informed if that is the case.
Keep our beef in a cold fridge and use within a week of receipt. All of our beef is suitable for home-freezing (except for beef burgers and beef sausages; you will be informed if they have been frozen).
