Our philosophy in the kitchen is very similar to ours in the shop - quality and origin are key. Wherever possible we use produce from our farm.

We source from our farm and locally where possible. For example, our quiches are made using Trewithen milk and Cornish free-range eggs.

We also make our own jams and marmalades.
We do not use additives, fillers or preservatives.
Our baking is all done from scratch - we make our own pastry for pasties, pies and quiches, we make our own dough for bread.

In other words, good honest food with no nasty surprises!

Wherever possible we use Cornish distribution and wholesale companies to source produce that is not availably locally. We believe that this enables us to not only support the local economy but also to produce the best possible product for you the consumer.
